§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the RABLIN Textiles wholesale clothing sales platform, including the rules for placing orders, fulfilling deliveries, and handling complaints for both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers.
§2 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via the contact form available on the website, by email, or by telephone using the numbers provided in the Contact section. Wholesale orders are subject to specific minimum order quantities (MOQs) as defined in the current offer.
§3 Payments & Delivery
The wholesaler ships orders within Poland and to selected international countries. Product prices are net prices, to which VAT is added in accordance with applicable regulations. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours to 14 business days.
§4 Liability & Complaints
B2B cooperation excludes statutory liability for physical defects in the goods, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Any discrepancies between the goods and the order should be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the delivery, and no later than within 3 days.
§5 Personal Data Protection
RABLIN Textiles is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data. Detailed information on data processing and the privacy policy can be found in the dedicated section of the wholesaler’s website.
