What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support the growth of boutiques by offering flexible cooperation terms tailored to the size of the business. Standard orders start at 50 kg, while preferential wholesale rates apply to volumes exceeding 2 tons. For businesses testing our product range, resellers, and individual customers, we have prepared starter packages available from as little as 5 kg.
What is the delivery time and shipping cost to Poland?
Our warehouse in Poland almost always has part of our product range in stock, which means that smaller orders within Poland are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received.
For larger deliveries or full truckload orders, the lead time is longer due to the need to arrange transportation from our base in Scotland to Poland. For such orders, please contact us directly — we will work with you to find the most suitable logistics solution, including collection from our warehouse in Scotland or Tarnów, or direct delivery to the customer.
For companies with their own transport, there is also the option to purchase goods directly from our base in Scotland.
Shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and the selected delivery method or personal collection option. Each order is quoted individually, as the requirements and logistics vary from one order to another.
Do you ship to Africa?
Yes, we specialize in exporting British clothing to African countries. We work with trusted sea and air freight forwarders, providing comprehensive logistics support.
Is it possible to collect the goods in person?
Personal collection is available from our warehouses in the UK (Scotland) or Tarnów, Poland, by prior arrangement with your sales representative.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept traditional bank transfers (PLN, GBP, EUR) as well as online payments. Orders are dispatched once the payment has been credited to our company account.
Is the used clothing washed before sale?
No. Due to the very large quantities of clothing, washing every individual item would simply be impossible. However, our used clothing undergoes professional disinfection carried out by an external, specialized company. Each batch of our goods is accompanied by the required documentation, permits, and certificates confirming that the appropriate processes have been carried out.
